Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

By using the services of Improovy ("we," "us," or "our") and visiting our website improovy.ae, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Description

Improovy provides digital marketing services for contractors and home service businesses in the UAE, including:

• Lead generation and marketing campaigns
• Professional website development and hosting
• Appointment booking system setup
• Meta/Facebook advertising management
• WhatsApp integration for client communication

2. Service Guarantees

We guarantee delivery of 15 qualified client inquiries within 30 days, or the first month of service is free. Specific guarantee terms are defined in your service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information for marketing purposes
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Ensuring all licensed activities comply with UAE regulations
• Payment for services as agreed in the service contract

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are due according to the pricing agreement signed before service commencement. Payment is processed monthly via the agreed method. All fees are in AED (UAE Dirhams).

5. Refund Policy

If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of qualified leads in the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of the first month's service fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Improovy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Term and Termination

Services are provided on a monthly basis and may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due.

All services are provided for the duration of an active subscription. This includes the website and its hosting, all content we produce and publish (articles, social media posts, Google Business Profile posts, videos), the CRM and client app, and any automated follow-up. Upon termination, expiry or non-payment of the subscription, these services are switched off: the website is taken offline together with the content published on it, and access to the CRM, the client app and the contractor community ends.

The client's own domain name remains the property of the client and will be released or transferred to a registrar of the client's choice on request. On request made before termination, we will also export the client's lead data and provide it to the client.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
